Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Westbrook Keystone Inspection Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 611 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to equipment calibration. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
