Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Fernwood Field Staffing is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to candidate screening. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on candidate screening. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
