Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Lumen Granite Staffing is a Sacramento staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 78 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to timekeeping. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on timekeeping. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
