Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Westbrook Kestrel Staffing is a Houston staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 950 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to candidate screening. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on candidate screening. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
