Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Highbridge Fern Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Charleston with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to branch operations. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on branch operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
