Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Fernwood Juniper Legal Group is a Knoxville practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 99 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to billing records. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on billing records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
