Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Greenridge Timber Learning Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to student accounts. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on student accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
