Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Amberfield Quill Freight is a Wichita logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to proof of delivery. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on proof of delivery. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
