Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Bluepeak Vista Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Birmingham. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 263 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan applications. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan applications. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
