Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Cobalt Learning Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to student accounts. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on student accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
