Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Iron Early Learning and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
