Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Amberfield Cedar Hospitality Associates runs guest-focused properties across the Colorado Springs area, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 579 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to guest bookings. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on guest bookings. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
