Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Silverline Fox Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Austin area, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident events. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident events. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
