Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Lumen Yarrow Hospitality Group is a hospitality company in Denver with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 57 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supplier orders. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on supplier orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
