Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Redstone Lantern Learning Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for school calendars, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to school calendars. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on school calendars. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
