Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Foxglove Ivory Health Group is a healthcare provider in Boston with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 529 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to patient education. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on patient education. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
