Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Cedar Union Legal Group is a law firm in Des Moines serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to trust accounts. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on trust accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
