Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Harborlight River Community Partners Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for food distribution, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to food distribution. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on food distribution. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
