Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Silverline Corner Community Partners is a nonprofit in Chicago supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 652 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to donor records. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on donor records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
