Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Ridge Community Partners and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to benefits enrolment. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
