Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Highbridge Glen Environmental Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to collection routes. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on collection routes. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
