Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Westbrook Timber Insurance is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for premium billing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to premium billing. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on premium billing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
