Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Ironwood Ember Staffing connects candidates and employers across the San Diego region. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client orders. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
