Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Ironwood Stone Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in St. Louis with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to recycling loads. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on recycling loads. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
