Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Fernwood Kestrel Financial Group is a financial-services company in Colorado Springs, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to payment disputes. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on payment disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
