Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Westbrook Corner Community Partners is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for food distribution, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to food distribution. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on food distribution. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
