Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Redstone Linden Facilities Group looks after properties across the Pittsburgh region, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 191 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to safety inspections. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on safety inspections. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
