Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Bluepeak Juniper Care Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
