Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Nova Wilder Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Cincinnati. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to tuition and subsidies. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
