Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Foxglove Pine Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Jackson. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 61 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to waiting lists. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on waiting lists. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
