Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Bluepeak Ember Financial serves customers across Madison with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 681 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan applications. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan applications. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
