Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Clearpath Mill Freight is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for carrier rates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We reward reliability. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to carrier rates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on carrier rates. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
