Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Bluepeak Yarrow Legal Group is a Toledo practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 179 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client files. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client files. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
