Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Northwind Granite Financial serves customers across Tampa with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan applications. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan applications. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
