Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Harborlight Iron Property Management is a Dallas property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to vendor invoices. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on vendor invoices. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
