Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Cedar Lakeside Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Orlando, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 113 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
