Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Cedar Linden Legal Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for trust accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to trust accounts. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on trust accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
