Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Nova Keystone Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Richmond. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to patient scheduling. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on patient scheduling. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
