Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Summit Meadow Property Management is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to unit turnovers. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on unit turnovers. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
