Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Highbridge Cross Hospitality Group is a hospitality company in Little Rock with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to housekeeping schedules. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
