Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Rivermark Drift Health Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to patient education. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on patient education. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
