Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Nova Hollow Freight is a Detroit logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 317 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to dock schedules. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on dock schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
