Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Harborlight Kestrel Financial serves customers across Pittsburgh with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan applications. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan applications. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
