Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Foxglove Bridge Care Services supports families and individuals in Tampa with personal care and coordination, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to care plans. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on care plans. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
