Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Amberfield Vale Property Management is a Charleston property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to unit turnovers. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on unit turnovers. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
