Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Silverline Cross Facilities is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer sites. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer sites. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
