Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Summit North Housing manages affordable housing communities across Minneapolis. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 116 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to waiting lists. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on waiting lists. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
