Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Clearpath Iron Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Atlanta, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to tuition and subsidies. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
