Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Westbrook Sable Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Cincinnati. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 805 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to shrink and waste. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
