Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Northwind Lakeside Legal Group is a law firm in Atlanta serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client files. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client files. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
